Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- The watch must be unworn and in its original condition, including all packaging, documentation, and accessories.
- Special & Price On Request orders are typically non-returnable, though exceptions may apply. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service by email (info@grailtown.com) or call ((888) 551-1148) department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
Shipping Returns
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance for your protection.
- The RMA number must be clearly visible on the return package for efficient processing.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
- A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
